Be the steady presence in our housing units, supporting residents day to day and holding the routines that keep people safe while they rebuild.

What you'll do

  • Provide on-site support, de-escalation and crisis response for residents
  • Support daily living skills: budgeting, meal planning, appointments, tenancy
  • Maintain accurate shift notes and incident documentation
  • Uphold harm reduction and trauma-informed practice in every interaction

What you bring

  • Diploma in social work, human services, addictions or equivalent experience
  • Experience in shelter, housing or residential support settings
  • Current First Aid/CPR, or willingness to train
  • Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
