Family Reunification Case Worker

Help families navigate the systems that separated them, mediating difficult conversations and building the plans that bring people back together safely.

What you'll do

• Carry a caseload of families working toward reunification
• Facilitate mediation sessions and supported family visits
• Advocate with child welfare, justice and housing systems
• Develop, document and review individualized reunification plans

What you bring

• Degree or diploma in social work, counselling or a related field
• Certified mediation training an asset
• Experience navigating child intervention or justice systems
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
